CHC Announces New Home Maintenance Program

Services included:

• Antivirus checks- make sure they are up to date and not expired.
• Spyware checks- make sure they are up to date and computers are free of spyware.
• Windows Update Security checks- make sure all computers have
  current Updates needed.
• Component checks
  • Hard drive check- if needed and clean up all junk files
  • Ethernet/modem check- to make sure it is operating properly

What is not covered:

Any parts that are needed will be an additional cost. Any other problems that arise and are not listed above.

Payments:

The client agrees to pay the agreed upon price of $150/year. The schedule
will be once every 3 months (quarterly).

CHC Announces New Business Maintenance Program

Services included:

• Network connections- make sure all computers are sharing the
  network.
• Antivirus checks- make sure they are up to date and not expired.
• Spyware checks- make sure they are up to date and computers are free of spyware.
• Windows Update Security checks- make sure all computers have
  current Updates needed.
• Component checks
  • Hard drive check- if needed and clean up all junk files
  • Ethernet card check- to make sure it is operating properly
    (included in Network check)Surge/UPS protector check- if UPS make sure batteries work.
• Check to be sure backups are working and being done on a daily
  basis.

What is not covered:

Any parts that are needed will be an additional cost. Any other problems that arise and are not listed above.

Payments:

The client agrees to pay in monthly installments at the agreed upon price of
$50/month or $500/year (up to 4 computers). Scheduling can be arranged so as not to disrupt business flow.
